The Last Exorcism (2010): Crap, absolutely crap

Agreed with a viewer’s comment, see below. Avoid the film. Stay at home and make babies. I slept at some point in the movie.

The Last Exorcism Poster

My partner and I braced ourselves for a thrilling sensory overload; the sound quality was the first thing to disappoint. We found the opening scenes quite cheesy and annoyingly comical. The film plodded along at an alarmingly slow pace; I waited for the film scenes shown in the trailer but they were few and far between. The film plodded on further and soon the auditorium was full of mocking laughter, the general consensus was ‘what the hell?’. The film ended abruptly and confusingly, everyone was stunned, mutterings of bemused disappointment were heard from every row.
